After feeling totally cut off from the world due to 2 yes count them 2 dead or dieing laptops WikiJan is back among the living of the cyber world. No longer will I have to put off posting entries due to the fact that I had not a clue how to insert photos via the old Ipad. So its time to get jiggy with it and get some entries written and rephotograph Chicken Pot Pies as well as Panko crusted Zucchini. Look forward to both in the next week or so.
