So tell me…

Random Thoughts

I was sitting in the world’s best Physical Therapy office last week reading a foodie magazine (did you expect any thing less?) and ran across a one page article…10 item questionnaire actually with a local chef and the questions got me to thinking that these might make for an interesting blog post from both sides of the screen.   So today ya’ll are going to learn a bit more about me and I am looking to learn more about those of you who follow WikiJan.  So I used some of the questions from the article and tossed in a few of my own.  Our little community here cover a wide age range from those of us just starting out on our own to those of us on the other side of raising kids.

So come, pull up a chair to the WikiJan table and lets all get to know each other a little better, here are the questions cut and paste them into the comments section…

1. What food most reminds you of your childhood?

2. When you cook what is your specialty?

3. If you had to choose only one food to eat for a week what would it be?

4. What is your guilty food pleasure?

5. What is your ideal setting for a meal

6.  Are there any foods you dislike and will not eat?

7. What was the last thing you cooked?

8.  If you could who would you spend a year learning to cook from?

9. What  is your MUST have cooking utensil?

10. Do you prefer to dine in or carry out?

11.  Salty or sweet?

12. What is the perfect bagel topping?

13. Where would be your perfect foodie destination?

14.  What is your “go to” fresh herb?

15.  What is the one intimidating dish you want to learn to cook?

…Oh and just to tease you a bit look what is coming up on WikiJan -Granola!

Now go play with your food.
